Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect what you type into our forms, use it to reply to you, and do not sell it or run advertising trackers on this site.
1. Who we are
Poros Ops, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“Poros Ops,” “we,” “us”) operates the Site. Contact: hello@porosops.ai; 12821 Division St, Blue Island, Illinois 60406.
This policy covers the Site only. If you become a client, the data we handle for you in the services is governed by your written agreement and data-handling terms, which control if they differ from this policy.
2. What we collect

Please do not put passwords, Social Security numbers, bank details, or employee personal information into the forms. We will ask for access to your systems only after a written agreement.
We do not run advertising pixels or session-recording tools, and the Site sets no tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your request, schedule a walkthrough, and prepare for our conversation.
- To scope and quote services, and to follow up about that request.
- To keep the Site secure and working, and to meet legal obligations.
We contact you by email, and by phone or text only if you gave a number and agreed to be contacted. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
4. Who handles it
We do not sell your information and do not share it for advertising. Service providers process it for us:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosts the Site, delivers pages, runs the code that receives form submissions and passes them to our CRM and email, and provides cookie-free page-view counts (Cloudflare Web Analytics). The form code does not keep its own copy of your submission.
- Google LLC (Google Workspace): our email, calendar and walkthrough booking page. If you book a walkthrough, Google receives the details you enter there.
- HubSpot, Inc.: our CRM. Form submissions are stored there as a contact and a sales record so we can follow up.
- Stripe, Inc.: billing and payments, once you subscribe. Stripe handles card and bank details; we never see full payment numbers.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a merger or sale of the business (with the same protections).
5. How long we keep it
Inquiry records (emails and CRM entries) are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted, unless you become a client (then records follow your agreement and legal retention rules).
6. Your choices and rights
Email hello@porosops.ai to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to stop contact. Depending on where you live (for example under Illinois, Indiana or other state privacy laws), you may have additional rights; we will honor valid requests where those laws apply to us, and respond within 45 days. You will not be treated differently for making a request. Because the Site is for business owners, we treat submissions as business contact information.
7. Security
Pages are served over HTTPS, and form data travels encrypted to our CRM and email systems. No method is perfectly secure, so we ask that you share only what the forms request.
8. Children
The Site is for business use and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Artificial intelligence
Our services use AI. We do not use what you submit through the Site forms to train AI models. Client-data handling in the services is covered in your agreement.
10. Changes
We will post updates here and change the effective date. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
