Every account starts with a walkthrough. Deployment connects your systems read-only and runs every automation in shadow mode for at least 14 days, so you see what Poros Ops would catch before anything goes live. Your subscription starts at go-live, and stores that aren't open yet, or have closed, are never billed.
On any plan. Attaches the clip from your time-clock camera to every flagged punch, so a manager can see who punched. Also clips for cash-count and till variances, after-hours activity, and clock-outs that don't match when someone left. A person always reviews; no facial recognition or biometrics. Needs compatible cameras and a recorder (UniFi today): we resell the hardware and arrange installation. It varies by store and is quoted before deployment, most stores land between $1,200 and $3,900 installed plus tax and shipping (adding to an existing UniFi system can be less), invoiced with the deployment fee.
How Loss Prevention works →The hiring and HR tools from Full Fleet, on a smaller plan: applicant grading, the onboarding workflow with e-signing, HR forms (pay change, termination, transfer) and performance guidelines a manager reviews. Never automatic discipline. Included in Full Fleet.
New clients get 25% off the subscription for the first six months after go-live.

You can cancel in writing within 30 days after go-live. Billing stops, and we refund the unused days of the current month. The deployment fee is not refunded.

No. It's an add-on on any plan, $59 per store per month, for the stores where you switch it on. Every plan already includes time clock integrity checks from your time clock, schedule and alarm data. The add-on adds camera clips for flagged punches and cash variances. It needs compatible cameras and a recorder: we resell the UniFi hardware and arrange installation. It varies by store and is quoted before deployment, from $1,200 per store plus tax and shipping, invoiced with the deployment fee. It has no facial recognition or biometrics.
No. The intro or founding discount applies for months 1–6, and from month 7 the subscription is at list price. Founding operators also get 50% off the deployment fee, with a $500 minimum.
Only if deployment hasn't started. Once deployment work begins, it is non-refundable. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Larger groups and unusual setups are scoped in writing after the walkthrough. Ask on the call.
